Charges: Basic Rate £55 per man hour, or fixed fee for a specific task agreed in writing. Higher rates exist for faster callout
Repairs/on site support: Call out £29 for visits under 3 hours in duration then charges as below

Payment Terms: We keep our charges low by having no credit control department and a minmal facility with the bank. Please help us stay competitive by paying on the due date. Most of our business is cheque on delivery. The payment due date on our invoices is when we expect your cheque to arrive.
Satisfaction: We put ourselves in our customers shoes and try to achieve over and above what is expected of us. Sometimes this might not be possible either to to unrealistic expections, circumstances beyond our control or constraints of time or finances. We like to discuss realistic alternatives. If, after dicussion, you feel that we have not lived up to our claims you can appeal to the Guild of Master Craftsmen, of which we are members.
