We were looking at ideas for helping our customers in these financially challenging times and then we realised we already have a good discount scheme that we could use.

We call it Pre-Pay and basically you buy support time in advance (1 hour, 5 hours, 30 hours, whatever you need). This saves us time as we don't need to chase invoices and we pass the savings on to you. The other advantage of our scheme is that Pre-Pay customers get priority during busy times.

There are no catches and we will refund any unused time if required at the end of the year. (Discount applies to services)
